The whole Chia network is under a historic second massive DDoS attack since about 07:50 our time. The attack or dust storm is manifested mainly by the fact that full nodes cannot be synchronized, transactions including partials are not verified, the whole network looks much smaller in capacity including pools, ETW is growing sky high and the whole farming is very limited. The fault is not with your receiver or the Czech Farm servers.
